What we can help with
Calm inflammation, support the barrier and address congestion with a staged plan rather than aggressive over-treatment.
Careful assessment helps distinguish pigment patterns and reduce the risk of rebound pigmentation or post-inflammatory darkening.
Support for flushing, visible vessels and inflammation using appropriate skincare, LED and selected laser treatments.
Collagen-supporting courses designed around scar type, skin reactivity and the downtime you can manage.
Improve hydration, resilience, luminosity and collagen while respecting natural features.
A practical home and clinic plan that protects results instead of repeatedly starting again.
Our approach
We review skin history, health, medication, hormones, sun exposure and products. Where appropriate, our Opatra Dome Pro provides detailed images and a useful baseline for planning and review.
Barrier health and inflammation may need attention before resurfacing, needling or laser is appropriate.
Options may include Mesoestetic skincare and peels, microneedling, Dermalux Flex MD, Laser Genesis or advanced facials.
Results depend on consistent homecare, sun protection and correctly timed maintenance, not endless appointments.
Professional skin imaging
The Dome Pro uses a 24-megapixel camera with RGB, UV and polarised-light spectral imaging to capture consistent full-face images from the front and both sides. Its analysis and reporting tools help us explore multiple visible and underlying skin patterns, document a baseline and create a more targeted skin-management plan.
Images can also support progress reviews over time, helping us compare change more consistently and explain why certain skincare or treatments may be prioritised. The technology supports Victoria's experience and consultation; it is not a medical diagnosis and concerning lesions or symptoms will always be referred appropriately.

Treatment guide
Open a treatment to understand how it works, who it may suit and what responsible preparation and aftercare involve.
Controlled microchannels are created with the official Mesoestetic microneedling device to trigger a measured repair response and deliver a consistent, professionally controlled treatment.
Texture, enlarged pores, acne scarring, fine lines, uneven tone and general skin quality.
Clients seeking progressive collagen support who can commit to a course and whose skin barrier is healthy enough for controlled needling.
Usually 5–6 treatments, spaced around 2–4 weeks apart according to the concern and skin response, followed by maintenance at least every 4–6 months.
Avoid tanning, active irritation, waxing, strong exfoliants and retinoids as advised. Tell us about medication, infection, cold sores, pregnancy and healing concerns.
Keep the skin clean, avoid makeup, heat, strenuous exercise and active products initially, use the recommended repair cream and apply SPF50 every day.
Redness, sensitivity, dryness or tightness are common. Light flaking may occur around days 4–8; a fresher glow often develops over 10–14 days while collagen change continues gradually.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
A specialist microneedling protocol designed to refine surface texture and luminosity; it is different from injected anti-wrinkle treatment and does not freeze facial movement.
Visible pores, fine surface lines, brightness and a smoother-looking finish.
Clients wanting a refined skin-quality treatment rather than structural volume or muscle-relaxing injections.
A course of 3 treatments around 2 weeks apart is usually recommended. Benefits may last around 4–6 months, with maintenance planned individually.
Follow the same preparation as microneedling and arrive with calm, intact skin. Pause active skincare only as directed.
Use gentle cleansing, repair support and SPF50. Avoid makeup, heat, exercise, swimming and active ingredients during the initial recovery period.
Temporary redness, tightness and small areas of sensitivity are expected; improvement develops progressively rather than immediately.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
Professionally selected acids loosen dull surface cells and can target concerns at a controlled depth. The peel is chosen for the skin, not simply by strength.
Congestion, acne, pigmentation, melasma support, dullness, rough texture and selected signs of ageing.
Clients whose skin type, barrier and pigment risk have been assessed and who will follow homecare and sun protection.
Often a course of 6, commonly around 2 weeks apart, with seasonal or twice-yearly courses and maintenance tailored to the concern.
Avoid tanning and unapproved exfoliation. Follow any prescribed pigment preparation and disclose retinoids, medication, pregnancy, recent procedures and cold sores.
Do not pick or exfoliate. Use gentle barrier care, avoid heat and active products as advised, and maintain strict broad-spectrum SPF50.
Warmth, tightness and mild flaking can occur. Peeling intensity varies and is not a measure of treatment success.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
A medical-grade flexible LED system uses selected wavelengths of light without UV to support cellular repair and calm inflammation.
Inflammation, acne support, redness, recovery after suitable procedures and general skin rejuvenation.
Many reactive or compromised skins and clients wanting a comfortable, non-invasive treatment, subject to light-sensitivity screening.
Can be used as a single recovery add-on, within a structured course or as regular maintenance. Frequency depends on the concern and other treatments.
Arrive with clean skin and disclose photosensitising medication, light-triggered conditions, pregnancy and medical changes.
There is usually no specific downtime. Continue the recommended skincare and SPF; avoid overusing home LED devices alongside clinic protocols.
No heat injury or peeling is intended. The treatment is comfortable and benefits build with appropriate repetition.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
A multi-stage facial combining deep cleansing, exfoliation, pore suction and extraction, hydration and radiofrequency for a thorough but considered skin refresh.
Congestion, visible pores, dehydration, dullness and clients wanting immediate freshness with supportive firming technology.
Clients seeking an advanced maintenance facial or an introduction to professional skin care. Settings and stages are adapted to sensitivity.
Useful as a one-off event treatment or regular maintenance, commonly every 4–6 weeks. More complex concerns may need a corrective course alongside homecare.
Avoid tanning, broken skin and aggressive exfoliation. Tell us about pregnancy, implanted electrical devices, metal, medication and active skin conditions because radiofrequency may not be suitable.
Keep skincare gentle, hydrate well and use SPF50. Avoid heat, heavy exercise and strong actives for the advised period.
Mild temporary pinkness can follow suction, extraction or radiofrequency. Skin usually looks cleaner, plumper and more refreshed quickly.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
A sterile surgical blade is carefully passed across the skin to remove compacted surface cells and fine vellus hair.
Dullness, rough surface texture, makeup application and an immediate smoother feel.
Selected clients with calm, intact skin who want physical exfoliation. Hormonal conditions, testosterone therapy or changes in facial hair must be discussed first because treatment may risk encouraging coarser terminal-hair growth in unsuitable areas.
Recommended no more frequently than every 8–10 weeks, depending on hair pattern, skin response and the wider treatment plan.
Please contact us before booking if you have a hormonal condition, use testosterone or have noticed increasing/coarse facial hair, so we can advise whether dermaplaning is appropriate without wasting your appointment or booking fee. Also disclose acne medication, infection and active irritation.
Use gentle products and SPF50; avoid heat, heavy makeup, exfoliation and active ingredients initially. Do not pick or repeatedly shave the area.
Usually minimal, although temporary sensitivity or small breakouts can occur. Fine vellus hair does not ordinarily return thicker, but hormonal or terminal-hair patterns require careful assessment.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
A structured assessment of the skin, routine, health, lifestyle and realistic priorities before products or procedures are selected. Where appropriate, the Opatra Dome Pro uses 24-megapixel RGB, UV and polarised-light imaging to help us explore skin patterns, establish a baseline and support treatment planning.
Acne and congestion, pigmentation, redness, sun damage, texture, visible pores, sensitivity, age-related change and clients overwhelmed by conflicting advice.
Anyone wanting a personalised plan, particularly before corrective courses such as Cosmelan, peels, laser or microneedling. Dome Pro findings support Victoria's consultation and professional judgement; they do not diagnose a medical condition.
The initial consultation and Dome Pro images help create the plan. Review timing depends on the concern, and repeat imaging may help us compare progress more consistently. Homecare and maintenance protect clinic results.
Bring or photograph current products and provide an accurate history of medication, allergies, hormones, previous treatments and reactions. Arrive with clean skin if requested so imaging is not obscured by makeup.
Introduce products exactly as instructed and contact us before adding unapproved actives. Professional products bought elsewhere cannot be supported as part of our personalised plan.
A consultation and scanner analysis have no downtime. New routines are introduced carefully to distinguish adjustment from irritation.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
Suitability & safety
Active infection, impaired healing, pregnancy, medication, recent tanning and a disrupted skin barrier can change what is suitable. Pigmentation and darker skin tones require particular care. Dome Pro analysis supports consultation but does not diagnose disease. We will postpone, adapt or refer when safety requires it.
