Injectables · Skills, not millilitres

Facial balance before filler.

We do not sell syringes or copy trends. Every injectable plan begins with facial assessment, medical history, proportion and an honest discussion about what will, and will not, serve you.

What we can help with

Lips

A tailored approach to shape, hydration and proportion. The syringe is reserved for one client, but the amount used is guided by anatomy, not a 0.5ml or 1ml trend.

Facial volume & balance

Dermal filler may support selected areas where structural change or proportion would benefit from careful restoration.

Expression lines

Face-to-face consultation and prescribing pathways are followed where prescription-only treatment may be appropriate.

Skin quality

Skin boosters can improve hydration and texture without being used as a substitute for structural filler.

Our approach

Planned with purpose.
Never selected by trend.

01

Consult

We discuss your goals, health, previous treatments and why a particular change matters to you.

02

Assess

Static photographs and facial movement help us understand proportion, asymmetry and realistic limits.

03

Plan

Product, placement and volume are selected for the individual. Sometimes the right advice is no treatment.

04

Review

Aftercare and review are part of responsible treatment, with support should anything feel unexpected.

Treatment guide

Open a treatment to understand how it works, who it may suit and what responsible preparation and aftercare involve.

01Lip enhancement

A bespoke dermal-filler treatment planned around lip anatomy, proportion, tissue quality and the result you want, not a trend or a fixed number of millilitres.

What it can help with

Shape, definition, proportion, asymmetry and carefully controlled volume or hydration.

Who it may suit

Adults wanting a natural, individual result who understand that swelling is temporary and final results require patience.

Recommended course

Usually one carefully planned appointment followed by review if required. The syringe is reserved for one client; the amount used is determined by anatomy and safety.

Before treatment

Avoid alcohol and non-essential blood-thinning supplements as advised. Disclose medication, allergies, dental work, cold sores, previous filler and pregnancy.

Aftercare

Do not press or massage unless instructed. Avoid heat, strenuous exercise, alcohol, makeup and dental procedures for the advised period; follow emergency guidance.

Downtime & results

Swelling and bruising are common and can look uneven initially. Allow around 2 weeks for settling before judging the result.

Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.

02Facial dermal filler

Hyaluronic-acid filler is placed selectively to support proportion, structure or age-related volume change while preserving identity.

What it can help with

Selected facial folds, contour, balance, structural support and volume loss.

Who it may suit

Clients with an appropriate anatomical indication and realistic goals; not every perceived concern benefits from filler.

Recommended course

Treatment and review are planned individually. Longevity varies by product, area, metabolism and movement; maintenance is never automatic.

Before treatment

Provide a full medical and filler history and disclose dental work, infection, medication, allergy, pregnancy and previous complications.

Aftercare

Avoid pressure, heat, strenuous exercise and alcohol initially. Follow area-specific instructions and contact the clinic urgently for unusual pain, colour change or visual symptoms.

Downtime & results

Bruising, swelling, tenderness and temporary asymmetry can occur. Rare vascular complications require immediate recognition and treatment.

Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.

03Botulinum toxin consultation

Prescription-only treatment may be used to soften selected expression lines or address specific functional concerns following an in-person assessment and prescription.

What it can help with

Selected dynamic lines and other individually assessed indications without trying to remove all natural expression.

Who it may suit

Adults medically suitable after face-to-face assessment, with realistic expectations and no contraindicating condition or medication.

Recommended course

A consultation and cooling-off period precede treatment. Results develop over roughly 2 weeks; review and future timing are based on response rather than a fixed sales cycle.

Before treatment

Disclose medication, neuromuscular conditions, pregnancy, infection and previous toxin response. Attend with clean skin where possible.

Aftercare

Remain upright and avoid rubbing, heavy exercise, heat and alcohol for the advised period. Follow the clinic’s review and emergency guidance.

Downtime & results

Small bumps or bruises may occur. Temporary headache, asymmetry or unwanted muscle effects are possible; full risks are explained before consent.

Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.

04Skin boosters

Injectable skin-quality treatments place selected hyaluronic acid and/or supportive ingredients within the skin. They hydrate and condition; they are not lifting filler.

What it can help with

Dehydration, crepey texture, fine lines, luminosity and general skin quality.

Who it may suit

Clients wanting gradual quality improvement rather than facial reshaping. Product choice may include Profhilo, LongevHA, ReversHA, EvolutHA, NCTF or Sunekos where appropriate.

Recommended course

Often 2–3 sessions depending on the product, followed by maintenance around 6–9 months according to response and manufacturer guidance.

Before treatment

Disclose medication, allergies, autoimmune history, infection, pregnancy and previous injectable reactions. Avoid avoidable bruising triggers as advised.

Aftercare

Do not press treatment bumps. Avoid makeup, heat, exercise, alcohol and facials initially and follow product-specific instructions.

Downtime & results

Small raised blebs, redness, tenderness and bruising are expected possibilities. Benefits usually develop over 2–4 weeks and vary by product.

Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.

Suitability & safety

Good treatment begins with knowing when not to treat.

Injectables carry risks including swelling, bruising, infection, asymmetry and rare vascular complications. Prescription-only medicines require an appropriate face-to-face assessment and prescriber. Full risks, alternatives and emergency contact arrangements are discussed before consent.
