Every appointment reserves dedicated professional time, treatment space and preparation. Booking fees help protect that time and allow us to keep appointments available for clients who genuinely need them.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations and no-shows are chargeable under the terms displayed during online booking. A retained booking fee or outstanding charge may need to be settled before a future appointment is accepted.

Why is a consultation important?+
It gives us time to examine the concern, understand health and lifestyle factors, discuss budget and explain which options are genuinely suitable. Professional recommendations cannot be made responsibly from a message or photograph alone.
Do I need to know which treatment to book?+
No. Start with your concern. The purpose of consultation is to help identify the right pathway rather than asking you to self-diagnose.
Will I be pressured to book treatment?+
Never. You will receive honest advice, including when no treatment, homecare, further medical assessment or simply more time is the better option.
Why do you take a booking fee?+
Your appointment reserves dedicated clinic time that cannot usually be offered to another client at short notice. The booking fee confirms your commitment to that time and protects the clinic from the real cost of an empty appointment.
What happens if I cancel late or do not attend?+
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and non-attendance are chargeable under the booking terms shown when you book. The booking fee may be retained and any applicable balance may need to be paid before another appointment can be reserved.
Why might treatment be postponed?+
Active infection, tanning, medication, pregnancy, impaired healing, a disrupted skin barrier or an uncertain diagnosis may make treatment unsafe. Postponing is part of good care.
Are results guaranteed?+
No ethical practitioner can guarantee a biological outcome. We explain realistic benefits, limitations, likely course, downtime, costs and alternatives before consent.
How do I prepare?+
Complete requested forms honestly and provide medication, allergy, treatment and health information. Avoid tanning before laser and follow any treatment-specific instructions sent to you.
What if I have a problem afterwards?+
Follow the written aftercare and contact the clinic using the details provided if anything feels unexpected. Seek urgent medical help for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms.
